Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your MiniRC. If you don't, you have 90 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
How to start a return
Email theminirc@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We reply within 1 business day with a return label and instructions.
Conditions
- The item comes back with the remote, camera, cable and any accessories that were in the box.
- Normal signs of use are fine — this is a toy, we expect you to drive it.
- Items damaged by water immersion, disassembly or deliberate misuse cannot be refunded.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Contact us within 30 days with a photo or a short video. We ship a replacement at no cost and you do not need to send the damaged one back.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it.
Return shipping
Free for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is deducted from the refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, treat it as a return.
