Who we are
TheMiniRC sells remote-control vehicles and accessories online at theminirc.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when the order is accepted and again when it ships. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Compare-at prices refer to the regular list price of the item. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is running.
Age and supervision
Our products are intended for ages 6 and up. Children should be supervised by an adult when driving and, above all, when charging the battery.
Batteries
These products contain lithium-ion batteries. Charge only with the supplied cable, never leave a charging battery unattended, and do not puncture, disassemble or expose it to water or heat.
Product content
Photos and videos are representative. Colors can vary slightly between production runs and between screens.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, logos — belongs to TheMiniRC and cannot be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
